How to build this project....

Arduino Nano Pins           HT16K33 8x8 Matrix Display

+5v                                     +5v

GND                                   GND

A5                                       SCL Clock

A4                                       SDA Data

Eyes - Looking from the front 

Left Eye (No Solder Tabs)
Right Eye (No Solder Tabs)

Mouth - Looking from the front
Left Part of Mouth (Solder Tabs A0)
Middle Part of Mouth (Solder Tabs A2)
Right Part of Mouth (Solder Tabs A0 and A2)

Connect all VCC (+5v) connections together then connect to PIN +5v on the Nano

Connect all GND (-5v) connections togethet then connect to PIN GND on the Nano

Connect all SCL (Clock) connections together then connect to PIN A5 on the Nano

Connect all SDA (Data) connections together then connect to PIN A4 on the Nano
